Budynek 1A kompleksu West Forum z nowym właścicielem

Z końcem sierpnia spółka GNT Ventures West Forum oraz Archicom sfinalizowały umowę kupna – sprzedaży drugiego budynku biurowego  – West House 1A, wchodzącego w skąd kompleksu WEST FORUM – jednego z największych centrów biznesowych we Wrocławiu.  GNT Ventures z chwilą zakupu stało się właścicielem całego kompleksu West Forum, w którego skład wchodzą obecnie 2 budynki biurowe – West House 1A oraz West House 1B  a także wieczystym dzierżawca gruntów przy ul. Strzegomskiej. Łączna wartość transakcji wyniosła ok. 82 mln PLN.
